Parson Lee Farm Glamping is a luxury adults-only site set across the 64-acre grounds of a mid 18th-century farmhouse. You're around a kilometre outside the hamlet of Wycoller, famed for its cotton industry heritage and neolithic and medieval bridges, and surrounded by spectacular Lancashire countryside that's networked with signposted walks, cycle paths and bridleways.
Each of the yurts has an electricity supply and comes kitted out with a comfy double bed and towels and linen for two, as well as a log burner; a hairdryer; a cool box; tea- and coffee-making facilities; crockery, glasses, a corkscrew and a tea towel; and lanterns and solar-powered fairy lights. For an extra charge the yurts can accommodate four with the addition of two single camp beds with mattresses and bedding.
The yurts also each have a generous timber deck with rattan furniture, a firepit, a barbecue, a fire blanket and a bucket of sand, plus you'll get your first bag of logs and kindling on the house.
Communal amenities include two luxury portaloos and two heated showers with individual changing areas, as well as a communal fridge/freezer and a washing-up area.
Continental breakfast hampers and barbecue packs filled with locally sourced produce can be pre-ordered for delivery direct to your yurt (subject to availability). Please do this via email or by calling in advance. Breakfast is £10 per person per day and can be adjusted for special dietary requirements.
There are several good pubs, restaurants and bars a short drive away, as well as a major supermarket and several other convenience stores in the nearest town of Colne.
We have parking onsite, however, we are happy to store bicycles safely for any visitors, as well as organise any picking-up or dropping-off required from the local town/station.
